Projects have a beginning and a closure
For the success of a project there is more than time and task schedules, minutes and budget.
It requires energy from all participants and a great deal of focus and creativity.
Projects can be managed by one person or divided into sub-projects in order to use present knowledge wherever possible. It is also of great value to discuss cultural aspects and linked expectations at the beginning of a project.
Examples of projects where I can support organizations are:
- supply chain optimizations
- setting up departments
- Product launches and changes
- packaging transfers
- Life Cycle Management
- Supplier changes
It is my knowledge within several areas of supply chain which makes it possible to manage projects cross departmental. Every company has it’s own procedures, quality system and cultural aspects. Setting up teams managed through an external project manager often requires the input from various people within the organization.
